Pre-Sale
The point of contact with the estate is a free Consultation and Evaluation to understand and determine your needs.
The contractual agreement will allow us to start on the organization, pricing and setup processes.
Times and Dates for the sale, social media marketing, and lastly signage for directions to your sale will be posted throughout the community.

Sale Event
We have a Full staff stationed at entrances, exits, and throughout the sale.
We a have dedicated cashier handling transactions and recording sales. Keeping track of daily ledger totals.
During the sale dates we are also staging, rearranging and interacting with customers.
At the end of day, we bring in any merchandise i.e., patio furniture, and decorative items displayed outside. We secure your estate leaving on lights, locking all entrances upon exit.

Post Sale
Upon completion of the sale, we provide the estate with a breakdown of daily totals, the sale total, minus agreed expenditures and commissions.
Depending on the Estate needs, we can provide further services.
